15. Return Policy

Items may be returned within 3 days of delivery when accompanied by your original invoice. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method. Original or return postage is not refundable. If you have placed your order with a credit card please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7 – 15 business days for us to receive your return. Upon receiving the item(s) we process all returns within 7 days. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. We will not assume any extra cost the bank or Paypal charges for bank transfers or international transactions. If there is any extra charge for bank transfers or international transactions, we will deduce that cost from the total amount of the refund. If the amount of the bank transfers or international transaction is more than the total refund amount, we will not make any refund.

We politely ask the following if you’d like to return an item:

• Garments are to be returned in excellent condition – without stains, makeup, or soiling of any kind – just as you would want to receive your order. Girox garments must be presented to our customers with 100% cleanliness.  By law, all garments returned must be clean.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if it has clearly been worn, laundered, or excessively soiled.
• Items that have been embroidered or customized cannot be returned.
• Please place the garments inside the original garment bags.

 NOTICE: Starting September 1st, 2019 

We go the extra mile to satisfy each one of our customers, but due to the nature of our business we must hold to strict refund and return policy.

Refunds

Since we begin incurring costs the minute pre-production process starts, all orders must be cancelled within the first 24hs for a full refund. All orders undergo the production process as fast as possible so we can assure on time-shipping, once an order has entered production we cannot interrupt or cancel any requisitions.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless items are damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped. If you have any problems with your products please email us to onlinesalesusa@giroxsportswear.com with a description and image, so that we can replace your garment or issue you store credit if appropriate as determined by management.
